Hibiscus Rodders Inc are especially proud of the sister branch of our club, being the”V8 Chics”.
The “V8 Chics” were formed over 16 years ago, originally by three male club members who found that within the New Zealand Hot Rod Association (NZHRA) clubs throughout the country, Hibiscus Rodders Inc had the most female owned cars and female drivers of Hot Rods, of any other NZHRA club in the Country. With the aim to celebrate this – the “V8 Chics” or becoming a “V8Chic” was born.
The “V8 Chics” run additional girls only Hot Rod runs, get-togethers and events of interest designed specifically to fit their own requirements, while at the same time falling under the governance and protection of the main Hibiscus Rodders Inc Club rules and Incorporated Societies Constitution.

If you’re a member of Hibiscus Rodders Inc and you’re a female owner/driver you already belong. No addition fees or hidden charges to join. Just let the Committee know and you’re in.
